1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with AutocareMy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. AutocareMy provides professional auto maintenance services including oil changes, tire care, and AC service at our facility located at 110 Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, 50400, Malaysia.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include applicable service charges.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.
- Rescheduling is available based on our booking calendar.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and online transfers. Invoices are issued for all services rendered.
5. Warranty & Liability
AutocareMy warrants all work for 30 days or 1,000 km, whichever comes first. We are not liable for damages arising from customer misuse or third-party modifications post-service. Your vehicle is serviced at your own risk.
6. Data Protection
We collect vehicle and contact information for service purposes only. Your data is protected in accordance with Malaysian data protection laws. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
7. Customer Responsibility
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
- Remove personal items from your vehicle before service.
- Inform us of any known vehicle issues.
8. Changes to Terms
AutocareMy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website.
